After months of preparation, PACT held its annual Nehemiah Action assembly on March 15th. The event addressed various community concerns and aimed to secure public commitments from local officials to work toward the implementation of solutions. Over 1,200 community members were present as testimony related to these problems was shared. The event culminated with Mayor Levine-Cava agreeing to take steps toward advancing a Community ID program that will help many Miam-Dade residents secure access to vital services such as COVID testing, vaccination and more.
